The end cap housing is manufactured from UV-stabilized polycarbonate, ensuring long-term durability under direct sunlight exposure without yellowing or becoming brittle. The internal contact assembly features tin-plated copper terminals that accept strip ends up to 12mm wide, accommodating both single-color and multi-channel LED strips. The integrated strain relief prevents wire fatigue at the connection point.
Installation involves inserting the prepared strip end, filling the cap cavity with the included silicone sealant, and allowing to cure for 30 minutes. Once sealed, the assembly withstands temperatures from -20°C to +85°C and maintains watertight integrity at depths up to 1 meter.
