Installation Notes

Cut the aluminum profile to length using a fine-tooth hacksaw or miter saw with a non-ferrous blade. Deburr cut edges with a file before installing end caps. Peel the LED strip’s adhesive backing and press firmly into the channel, ensuring full contact with the aluminum base for heat dissipation. Snap the diffuser into place from one end. For mitered corner joints, cut both profiles at 45° and use a corner connector or silicone adhesive to join them seamlessly.
