The high-power LED PWM dimmer module delivers industrial-grade current capacity for large-scale LED strip installations. With a massive 50A maximum output (600W at 12V, 1200W at 24V), this dimmer handles entire room or facade lighting systems from a single controller, eliminating the need for multiple parallel units and signal amplifiers. The heavy-duty design features a CNC-machined aluminum enclosure with integrated finned heatsink for passive cooling at full rated load.

The PWM output operates at selectable frequencies of 500Hz, 2KHz, or 20KHz, with the 20KHz setting enabling silent operation for noise-sensitive environments and flicker-free video recording at any frame rate. The dimming curve can be configured as linear or logarithmic with 4096 brightness levels. A large, backlit LCD display shows real-time brightness percentage, output current, internal temperature, and operating mode.

Multiple control interfaces are supported: manual rotary knob, 0-10V analog input, 10V PWM input, and push-dim momentary switch. The controller includes comprehensive protections: reverse polarity, over-temperature with automatic power reduction at 85°C, short-circuit shutdown within 50μs, and over-current limiting at 55A. High-current screw terminals accept up to 10AWG wire for minimal voltage drop.
